Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2002 No. 101-FZ "About land turnover of agricultural purpose" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 30, Art. 3018; 2003, No. 28, Art. 2882; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3098; 2011, No. 1, Art. 47; 2013, No. 49, Art. 6328; 2015, No. 1, Art. 52; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4287; 2019, No. 18, Art. 2224; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2022, No. 1, Art. 44; No. 29, Art. 5251, 5283) following changes:

Article 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 6. Withdrawal of the parcel of land from lands of agricultural purpose which is not used for purpose or is used with violation of the law of the Russian Federation

1. The parcel of land from lands of agricultural purpose can be withdrawn from his owner by a court decision if:

1) within federal state land control (supervision) on date of control (supervising) action the fact of non-use of such parcel of land on purpose within three and more years is elicited;

2) within federal state land control (supervision) on date of control (supervising) action such parcel of land is used with violation of the law of the Russian Federation at least three years in a row from the date of identification within federal state land control (supervision) of this violation;

3) such parcel of land is used with the violation of the law of the Russian Federation which entailed essential decrease in fertility of lands in agricultural purpose or damnification to the environment;

4) such parcel of land acquired according to this Article is not used for purpose after one year from the date of its acquisition.

2. Signs of non-use of the parcels of land from lands of agricultural purpose on purpose or uses with violation of the law of the Russian Federation are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
