Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 256-FZ "About additional measures of the state support of the families having children" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 19; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; No. 52, Art. 6243; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4210; 2011, No. 1, Art. 52; No. 27, Art. 3880; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2886; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4217; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1424; No. 21, Art. 2983; No. 48, Art. 6714; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4235; 2018, No. 1, Art. 16; 2019, No. 12, Art. 1227; 2020, No. 9, Art. 1127; 2022, No. 18, Art. 3002) following changes:

1) Item 1 of article 2 after the word of "handicapped children" to add with words "receipts of monthly payment in connection with the birth (adoption) of the child before achievement of age of three years by it,";

2) in Article 7:

a) to state Item 5 of part 3 in the following edition:

"5) receipt of monthly payment in connection with the birth (adoption) of the child before achievement of age by it three years (further also - monthly payment).";

b) regarding 6.1 words "according to the procedure and on conditions which are provided by the Federal Law of December 28, 2017 No. 418-FZ "About monthly payments to the families having children" to exclude;

Part 2 of Article 8 to add 3) with Item 9 of the following content:
