Article 1

Item 1 of part 1 of Article 10 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) working according to the employment contract, including the heads of the organizations who are the single members (founders), members of the organizations, owners of their property or to the civil agreement which subject are performance of works, rendering services (except for the citizens receiving insurance pensions in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, being the guardians or custodians fulfilling the duties paid under the agreement on implementation of guardianship or custody, including under the agreement on foster home), authors of works for benefit of which remunerations under agreements of the author's order are paid, and also the physical persons earning payments and other rewards under contracts on alienation of exclusive right for the results of intellectual activities specified in subitems 1 - the 12th Item 1 of Article 1225 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation, to publishing license agreements, to license agreements about provision of right to use of the results of intellectual activities specified in subitems 1 - the 12th Item 1 of Article 1225 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation, including the remunerations charged by the organizations for management of the rights on collective basis for benefit of authors of works under the agreements signed with users;";

2) in Article 51:

a) in part 27 of figure "2024" to replace with figures "2025";

b) in part 28 of figure "2024" to replace with figures "2025".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

2. Action of provisions of parts 27 and 28 of article 51 of the Federal Law of November 29, 2010 No. 326-FZ "About compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law) extends to the legal relationship arising in the course of forming of the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2023 and the next years.
