About approval of the Instruction about procedure for distribution and use of resource of numbering of single network of telecommunication of the Republic of Belarus

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for distribution and use of resource of numbering of single network of telecommunication of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Determine that:

2.1. distribution of zones of numbering and the reduced three-digit numbers of the emergency and reference services is performed by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus;

2.2. creation and maintaining the general database about condition of resource of numbering are performed by the project research republican unitary enterprise "Giprosvyaz".

3. Authorize:

3.1. the republican unitary enterprise of telecommunication Beltelekom on allocation of codes of Items of the alarm system of network of the all-channel alarm system (Construction Department No. 7), codes of networks of mobile communication according to the recommendation of MSE-T E.212, of numbers of identifiers of issuers according to the recommendation of MSE-T E.118;

3.2. the project and research republican unitary enterprise "Giprosvyaz" on allocation of other numbering according to system and the plan of numbering of network of telecommunication public, the three-digit numbers except for reduced.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on management of telecommunication (Shpak Yu. N.).
