About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1118 "Questions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1118 "Questions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendment:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

perform measures for anti-corruption within the competence;

render the state services according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" and the subordinate regulatory legal acts determining procedure for rendering the state services;

accept and consider appeals of physical persons and legal entities according to requirements of the Administrative procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

perform other duties, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

add Item 15 with subitem 214-12) of the following content:

"214-12) analyses of the arriving appeals of physical persons and legal entities, identification of system problems and development of recommendations about their decision;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
