About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1276/2018 about approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population

Based on part (7) Article 21 and part (6) article 36 of the Law No. 105/2018 on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 448), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1276/2018 about approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 38-47, 66), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) state Item 25 in the following edition:

"25. The unemployed in case of submission of supporting documents remain on accounting with the status of the unemployed in territorial subdivision in the cases provided in Items a) and b) parts (11) article 21 of the Law.";

b) add with Items 25-1 and 25-2 of the following content:

"25-1. Ascertaining of the case provided in Item b) parts (11) article 21 of the Law, for the unemployed having the status of the time-worker it is performed by extraction of confirmatory information based on intersystem communication with information system of National cash desk of social insurance. If information is absent in information system of National cash desk of social insurance (in the month preceding month in which person addressed to the Agency), confirmation of the status of the time-worker is performed by representation to the unemployed within three working days of confirmation from the beneficiary of works according to the sample established by the Agency.

25-2. All obligations provided in part extend to the unemployed who perform odd unskilled works as time-workers (4) article 20 of the Law.";

c) add with Items 30-1 and 30-2 of the following content:
