About modification of some Orders of the Government (about structural reorganization of some state bodies)

Based on Items b) and k) Article 7 and part (4) article 31 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 657/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 724), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 1 the text "the organizations and the companies, monitoriziruyemy the State office" to replace with the text of "organizational structures in which the State office acts as the founder";

To replace 2) in Item 2 of figure "202" with figures "210";

3) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 3 of the word "which has three deputies" shall be replaced with words "which is helped by one state secretary and three deputies";

b) in Item 7:

to declare the subitem of g-1) invalid;

in the subitem k) the text "To national council on traffic safety," to exclude;

in the subitem of k-2) of the word "and companies" to exclude;

c) state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The secretary general of the Government holds responsible state position, is appointed to position and dismissed by the Government and submits directly to the Prime Minister. The state secretary has the status of person holding responsible state position both is appointed to position and dismissed by the Government according to the proposal of the secretary general of the Government.
