About modification of the Regulations on verification of projects and production of construction works, technical expertize of projects and building constructions approved by the Order of the Government No. 361/1996

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on verification of projects and production of construction works, technical expertize of projects and building constructions approved by the Order of the Government No. 361/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 52-53, 439), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the Provision:

a) change is made only in the text in Romanian;

b) the words "national authority of construction management" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the central industry body of public management in the field of construction" in the corresponding grammatical form;

The last paragraph to declare 2) in Item 5 invalid;

Item 8 to state 3) in the following edition:

"8. The purpose of check / examination of the project documentation on construction and technical expertize of structures is ensuring the minimum level of quality according to the main requirements established in the legislation and regulating documents existing at the time of issue of the town-planning certificate. In cases when after issue of the town-planning certificate new regulating documents are approved or changes in acting are made, the beneficiary / investor together with the author of the project analyze feasibility of entering of corresponding changes into the design estimates.

Check / examination of the project documentation on construction and technical expertize of structures are performed on the following areas:

1) arrangement of the territory:

documentation on arrangement of the territory;

2) town planning:

plans of town planning;

3) architecture:

a) civil buildings;

b) industrial and agrozootechnical buildings;

c) conducting works on historical monuments and landscapes;

d) industrial structures with dangerous technologies;

4) the bearing designs:

a) civil buildings;
