About change of the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 22, 2011 No. 9
Based on article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2022 No. 193-Z "About change of the laws concerning the national social insurance" and Item 12 of the Regulations on Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 40, board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 22, 2011 No. 9 "About procedure for appointment and payment of professional pensions" the following changes:
1.1. in appendix to this resolution:
shall be replaced with words the words "part of Article (12, 13, 15, 47-49, 49-2)" "part of Article (12, 13 **, 15, 47–49, 49-2)";
add appendix with the interlinear note "**" the following content:
"** For the leading professions it is filled separately from other professions at the works provided by the specified Article.";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for appointment and the payment of professional pensions approved by this resolution:
in part three of Item 3 of the word "the month preceding month" shall be replaced with words "than in two months prior to";
in part one of Item 81 of the word "About Approval of Forms" shall be replaced with words "About forms";
to exclude the word "representative" from Item 16;
state Item 18 in the following edition:
