Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2008 No. 405-Z "About consumer protection of housing and communal services" the following changes:
1. To state Item 3 of Article 13 in the following edition:
"3. Amounts and quality of the rendered housing and communal services prove to be true:
the organizations of owners - in case of implementation of management of common property of joint household by the organizations of owners;
participants of joint household - in case of implementation of management of common property of joint household direct these participants;
authorized persons - in case of implementation of management of common property of joint household by authorized persons;
local executive and administrative organs or the state organizations, economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to administrative and territorial units, the appointed local executive and administrative organs, - in cases if control of common property of joint household be exercised of the authorized person, but it is not appointed and also when the authorized person is contractor of the housing and communal services rendered on competitive basis, and other cases.
Confirmation of amounts and qualities of housing and communal services cannot be performed by contractors of these services.".
2. "Contractors" to exclude the word from subitem 6.7 of Item 6 of Article 16.
Article 3. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Law and to take other measures for realization of provisions of this Law.
