Article 1. Recognize invalid:

1. The decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 1997 No. 8 "About provision of tax benefits to the legal entities of the Republic of Belarus making products (works, services) the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States, military for the benefit of the integrated air defense system".

2. The decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 1999 No. 4 "About some questions of collection of the value added tax and excises in case of mutual trade with Ukraine".

3. The decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 1999 No. 22 "About some measures for non-admission of misstatements of data of the state statistical reporting".

4. The decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2001 No. 10 "About measures for social and economic rehabilitation of the areas which were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP".

5. The decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2001 No. 15 "About some measures for increase in responsibility of officials of the legal entities, individual entrepreneurs performing activities with use, attraction of money of citizens".

6. Item 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2002 No. 22 "About introduction of amendments to some decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus".

7. The decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2005 No. 9 "About additional measures for fight against the illegal address of oil liquid fuel in the Republic of Belarus".
