About monthly monetary pay of separate categories of government employees

For the purpose of ensuring separate categories of government employees with monthly monetary pay:

1. Determine that monthly monetary pay is appointed in case of achievement of generally established retirement age:

1.1. the government employee having in total length of service at least 5 years on the positions provided in paragraphs the second or fifth this subitem in the following sizes:

to persons holding the highest state positions – 75 percent of the salary (cash allowance);

to deputies of persons holding the highest state positions, to chairmen of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom – 70 percent of the salary (cash allowance);

to members of the government of the Republic of Belarus (except persons specified in paragraphs second and third this subitem and members of the government who are not government employees), to Ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus, Permanent representatives of the Republic of Belarus under the international organizations, to the Chairman of Central Election Commission – 65 percent of the salary (cash allowance);

to chairmen city (the cities of regional subordination) and district executive committees, to heads of administrations of areas in the cities – 50 percent of the salary (cash allowance);

1.2. to persons performing on professional basis during at least two convocations of power of the deputy of the House of Representatives or the member of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus – in the amount of 65 percent of the salary;
