About modification of the Order of the Government No. 504/2017 about approval of the Regulations on training of foreigners in educational institutions of the Republic of Moldova and recognition voided some Orders of the Government

1. Bring in the Order of the Government No. 504/2017 about approval of the Regulations on training of foreigners in educational institutions of the Republic of Moldova and recognition voided some orders of the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 229-243, 598) the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and the Provision of the word "Ministry of Public Education" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches" in the corresponding grammatical form;

The resolution to add 2) with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. To national quality assurance agency in education and scientific research to perform monitoring in the course of external quality evaluation, implementation of the quality standards in the organizations of the highest and vocational training of the Republic of Moldova providing educational programs for foreigners.";

3) in the Provision:

a) 3) to add Item 5 after the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:

"The foreign citizens and persons without citizenship living in the Republic of Moldova can participate in tender on acceptance in public institutions of professional and higher education on the conditions provided for citizens of the Republic of Moldova within the plan of the acceptance on places with budget financing approved by the Government and taking into account the institutional capacity of educational institution.";

b) add with Items 7-1-7-3 of the following content:
