I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Head of Department on ensuring activity of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan) of April 13, 2020 No. 13 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Judicial Authorities" and about recognition voided some regulatory legal acts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20393) the following changes and amendment:

in the Rules of rendering the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Judicial Authorities" approved by the specified order:
