About modification of Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of insurance pensions

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of insurance pensions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 2, 2014 No. 1015 "About approval of Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of insurance pensions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 41, Art. 5545; 2017, No. 20, Art. 2931; 2018, No. 30, Art. 4729; 2019, No. 8, Art. 788; No. 36, Art. 5035; 2020, No. 22, Art. 3491; 2021, No. 11, Art. 1836; 2022, No. 48, Art. 8459).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

Changes which are made to Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of insurance pensions

1. In the subitem "an" of Item 2 of the word "were charged and paid" shall be replaced with words "were charged or paid".

2. In the subitem "an" of item 4 of the word "The Federal Law "About the Individual (Personified) Accounting in System of Mandatory Pension Insurance" shall be replaced with words "The Federal Law "About the Individual (Personified) Accounting in Systems of Mandatory Pension Insurance and Compulsory Social Insurance".
