About modification of the Order of the Government No. 133/2019 about the organization and functioning Organa of civil aviation
Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (1) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
In the Order of the Government No. 133/2019 about the organization and functioning Organa of civil aviation (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 86-92, 167), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in all text of the resolution and appendices of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The ministry of infrastructure and regional development" in the corresponding grammatical form.
2) in appendix No. 1:
a) add Item 8 with the subitem 13 of the following content:
"13) supervision of observance of search and rescue requirements.";
b) state Items 12 and 14 in the following edition:
"12. The director who is appointed to the state position directs body and is exempted or leaves from the state position the minister of infrastructure and regional development according to the law.";
"14. In Organa there are two deputy directors who are appointed to the state position and Organa is exempted or leaves from the state position according to the law the minister of infrastructure and regional development of the proposal of the director.
In case of temporary absence of the director of its obligation one of deputy directors based on the order of the director Organa performs.";
c) add with Item 14-1 of the following content:
