About the documents submitted for registration of agreements on employment outside the Republic of Belarus

Based on paragraphs of the fifth and sixth of article 187 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 "About licensing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 213-Z

1. Determine that:

1.1. after receipt of the license for activities connected with employment outside the Republic of Belarus (further - the licensed type of activity), the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur (further - the licensee) submits within ten-day term for registration in division on nationality and migration of Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk city executive committee, the Departments of Internal Affairs of regional executive committees (further - division on nationality and migration):

the agreements on employment signed by the license applicant for the purposes of execution of dolitsenzionny requirements;

the draft of the employment or civil contract signed by the foreign employer;

the draft agreement about assistance in employment signed by the licensee;

1.2. in case of the conclusion of agreements on employment during implementation of the licensed type of activity the licensee represents for registration to division on nationality and migration in the location (residence):

the called agreements on employment;

the documents confirming legal position of the foreign employer, issued by authorized body not later than six months before representation in the presence of their legalization or putting down of apostille if other is not provided by international treaties of the Republic of Belarus. Documents shall be translated on Belarusian or Russian and are attested in accordance with the established procedure;

the draft of the employment or civil contract signed by the foreign employer;

the draft agreement about assistance in employment signed by the licensee;

1.3. to the data specified in agreements on employment there shall correspond provisions of documents, the specified in paragraphs three and the fourth subitem 1. 1, paragraphs the fourth and fifth subitem 1.2 of this Item, in part:
