About measures for enhancement of procedure for movement of vehicles of foreign haulers for the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of streamlining and strengthening of control of movement of vehicles of foreign haulers on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, rational and their effective use for transportation of export loads the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept the offer of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on introduction of system of change of traffic routes of vehicles of foreign haulers on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Determine that changes in traffic routes of vehicles of foreign haulers on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan are performed strictly on the permissions issued by territorial administration of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Approve Regulations on approval procedure on change of traffic route of vehicles of foreign haulers on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan through diplomatic channels to report to the interested embassies, consulates and representations of foreign states about measures for enhancement of procedure for movement of vehicles of the foreign haulers provided by this resolution.
5. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan strict observance by foreign haulers of the established traffic routes on the republic territory.
6. To the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution in a month.
