Bring in the Procedure for consideration by the Eurasian economic commission of notifications of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on adoption of acts of establishment by state members of withdrawals from national treatment in the field of the public (municipal) procurements, addresses of state members concerning cancellation of such acts, and also adoption by the Commission of decisions on need of cancellation of such acts approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 23, 2015 No. 69, of change according to appendix.
2. Boards of the Eurasian economic commission till December 30, 2022 to post on the official site of the Eurasian Economic Union the register of notifications of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on adoption of acts of establishment by state members of features of implementation of the public (municipal) procurements connected with need of maintaining confidentiality of information on potential suppliers before the end of implementation of the public (municipal) procurement, features of implementation of the public (municipal) procurements of separate types of goods (works, services), particular public (municipal) procurement at certain potential supplier and withdrawals from national treatment and to provide its maintaining.
