About dissolution of public organization "Center for Implementation of Reforms"

Based on part (2) article 32 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 160-164. the Art. 537), with subsequent changes, and Item е) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Dismiss public organization "Center for Implementation of Reforms" with implementation of liquidation procedure.

2. The state office to create:

1) in 30-day time from the date of publication of this resolution - the commission on liquidation which will provide implementation of liquidation procedure of public organization "Center for Implementation of Reforms" according to the procedure, established by the regulatory base;

2) the commission on transfer of the objects of property provided in Item 3, and in 30-day time to provide their transfer according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

3. To transfer the property objects which are under authority of public organization "Center for Implementation of Reforms" to the State office.

4. To perform release of personnel of public organization "Center for Implementation of Reforms" according to provisions of the labor law.

5. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

6. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 11/2017 about the Center for implementation of reforms (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 19-23, 43).

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
