About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market in connection with establishment of payment for registration actions in system of non-state pension provision

According to Item "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" the National commission on securities and the stock market solved 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. In Item 1 of the Section II of the Provisions on advertizing approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 22, 2013 No. 63 (in edition of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market on October 21, 2021 No. 980) registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 12, 2013 for No. 247/22779, after the paragraph of third to add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"the payment document confirming introduction by the founder (Amy) of payment for approval of distribution of promotional materials on services from oil refinery.".

With respect thereto the fourth - the ninth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth - the tenth.

2. In the Section IV of Provisions about the investment declaration of the non-state pension fund approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 5, 2021 No. 606, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2021 for No. 1362/36984, to make the following changes:

Item 6 to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the payment document confirming introduction by the founder (Amy) of payment for registration of the investment declaration of NPF.";
