About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning functioning of local and voluntary fire protection

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

Part the second Article 42 to add 1) with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) to workers who are members of rescue and fire fighting divisions for ensuring voluntary fire protection at least a year";

Part the second articles 119 after words "the obligations provided" to add 2) with words "The code of civil protection of Ukraine".

2. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

1) in Article 19:

in part one:

in Item 5 of the word "local and voluntary fire protection" to exclude;

in Item 8-1 of the word "ensuring functioning of rescue and fire fighting divisions of local fire protection for suppression of the fires" to exclude;

in part two:

in Item 5 of the word of "local and voluntary fire protection" shall be replaced with words "rescue and fire fighting divisions for ensuring local fire protection and voluntary fire protection";

in Item 8-1 of the word "ensuring functioning of rescue and fire fighting divisions of local fire protection for suppression of the fires" to exclude;

Part the second articles 29 after words of "emergency situations" to add 2) with the words "and dangerous events";

3) in Article 62:

state part one in the following edition:

"1. In settlements in which there are no state rescue and fire fighting divisions local government bodies in coordination with the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection or its territorial authorities (in case of their education) form rescue and fire fighting divisions for ensuring local fire protection.
