Article 1

Bring in article 45 of the Federal constitutional Law of April 28, 1995 No. 1-FKZ "About Arbitration Courts in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 18, Art. 1589; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2921; 2022, No. 16, Art. 2592) following changes:

"2.1. Direct management of activities of the office of Arbitration Court is performed by the chief of staff - the administrator of the relevant Arbitration Court (further - the chief of staff of court).

2.2. The chief of staff of court is appointed to position and dismissed by the chairman of Arbitration Court, submits directly to the chairman of this court. Person having the higher legal education is appointed to position of the chief of staff of court.

2.3. The standard official regulations of the federal government civil servant replacing position of Federal public civil service of the chief of staff - the administrator of federal Arbitration Court, affirm Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.";

3) in Item 3:

a) state subitem 2 in the following edition:

"2) provides passing of cases in Arbitration Court, record keeping and work of archive, including accepts and issues documents, certifies copies of documents of Arbitration Court, makes mailing and delivery of documents, checks payment of the state fee, the court costs which are subject to introduction into the deposit account of Arbitration Court, and also judicial penalties;";

b) in subitem 9 the word "will organize" to replace with the word "performs";

c) add with the subitem 10 of the following content:
