Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 8, 1998 No. 7-FZ "About Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 2, Art. 223; 2004, No. 49, Art. 4842; 2009, No. 26, Art. 3124; No. 45, Art. 5264; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4588; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1094; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1414; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4227; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4787; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4855; No. 32, Art. 5111; No. 45, Art. 6830; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7805; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3061; 2022, No. 16, Art. 2609) following changes:

Item 1 of Article 6 to add 1) with subitem 11.2 of the following content:

"11. 2) is approved by standard official regulations of the federal government civil servant replacing position of Federal public civil service of the chief of staff - the administrator of court of cassation of the general jurisdiction, Appeal Court of the general jurisdiction, the Supreme Court of the republic, regional, regional court, court of the federal city, court of the autonomous region, court of the autonomous area, cassation military court, Appeal military court, district (naval) military court, federal Arbitration Court;";

2) in Item 1 of Article 16:

a) in subitem 4 of the word "and administrators of district courts" to exclude;

b) add with subitem 4.1 of the following content:

"4. 1) appoints to position and dismisses administrators of district courts, garrison public courts, permanent judicial presence on representation of chairmen of the relevant courts;";
