Article 1

Procedure for providing with free food allowance (natural allowance) and regulations of free food allowance (natural allowance) of such workers of rail transport public performing on infrastructure facilities works more than four hours in a row in time during which train service on stage, separate railway tracks of stage or the railway station stops are established by federal executive body in the field of transport.

Employee categories, railway tracks and railroad switches performing works on cleaning in case of liquidation of snow drifts, are determined by the employer.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
