1. In power No. 254 of 14.06.2021 to make the following changes to Item 3 of the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation:

1.2 Text: "_{MCanII sem.2021} = leu/ton 451,58" to replace with the text "_{MCanII sem.2021} = leu/ton 602,11".

2. For batches of the products which are in inventory in storages of oil products on the date of entry into force of this resolution 23:59, to determine maximum prices of wholesale, proceeding from average value of average quotations Platts of each batch of product in 14 days preceding day of implementation of import, and the margins established according to this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of approval and can be appealed in the publishing body in 30-day time.
