Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses of January 6, 2021 the following changes:
1. In paragraph one of part 3 of Article 2.2 of the word "or income" shall be replaced with words ", the income or money value of economic activity".
2. In item 4 of part 3 of Article 4.6 of the word "or income" shall be replaced with words ", the income or money value of economic activity".
3. In Article 6.4:
regarding 1 word "or income" shall be replaced with words ", the income or money value of economic activity";
regarding 4 words "or income" shall be replaced with words ", the income or money value of economic activity".
4. Add Article 13.2 with part 4 following of content:
"4. Article 2. Bring in the Procedural and executive code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses of January 6, 2021 the following changes:
1. To add Article 3.4 after figures "12.31," with figures "13.2,".
2. The third and fourth Item 2 of part 1 of Article 3.30 after figures "12.22," to add paragraphs with figures "13.2,".
