Article 1

Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7025; No. 50, Art. 7345; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7643; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4029; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4376) following changes:

The note to Article 9.6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Notes:

1. Gross violation of regulations and rules of use of atomic energy is understood as the violation which led to emergence of direct threat of life or human health and the environment.

2. The administrative responsibility for the violations which are not gross violations of regulations and rules of use of atomic energy is not applied in the territory of the Zaporizhia region till January 1, 2028.";

2) paragraph one of part 1 of Article 9.21 after words "to the main oil pipelines," to add with words to "trunk gas pipelines".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2023.

3. Action of the note 2 to article 9.6 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (in edition of this Federal Law) extends to the legal relationship which arose since September 30, 2022.
