About introduction of amendments to article 18 of the Federal law "About Bases of Social Servicing of Citizens in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in article 18 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 442-FZ "About bases of social servicing of citizens in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, the Art. 7007) the following changes:

1) in part 3 the first offer to state in the following edition: "To the citizen or the receiver of social services it can be refused, including it is temporary, in provision of social services in the form of social servicing at home, or in semiportable form, or in stationary form in connection with availability of medical contraindications which list affirms the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of health care.";

To add 2) with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:

"4. Provision of social services in the form of social servicing at home, or in semiportable form, or in stationary form is resumed after receipt of the conclusion of the authorized medical organization about lack of the medical contraindications specified in part 3 of this Article.

5. If to the citizen or the receiver of social services it is refused provision of social services in the form of social servicing at home, or semiportable form, or stationary form in connection with availability of medical contraindications, suppliers of social services inform the medical organization for the residence of the citizen or the receiver of social services on need of rendering medical care, including medical observation to it.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
