About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2017 No. 67
Based on paragraph one of subitem 6.35 of Item 6 and part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction on enforcement proceeding approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2017 No. 67, the following changes:
in paragraph six of part two of Item 13 of the word "according to Item 342 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450, the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs having special permission (license) for the right of implementation of activities for rendering legal services with indication of constituting licensed service type of activity-legal services, issued by the Ministry of Justice" shall be replaced with words "legal entities, being the commercial organizations, and the individual entrepreneurs having the license for rendering legal services";
in the paragraph the second Item 111 of the word "special permissions (licenses)" to replace with the word "licenses";
the second after the paragraph of third to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"realization of real estate of the debtor acquired by it from state-owned property at auction with the starting price equal to one basic size about restrictions and obligations of the buyer in case of acquisition of such property;";
after part three to add Item with part of the following content:
