1. Dismiss public medical and sanitary organization "COVID-19 Chisinau Center" (the state identification number 1020600013951) with initiation of liquidation procedure.

2. To the Ministry of Health in 30-day time from the date of publication of this resolution to create liquidation commission which will provide carrying out liquidation procedure of public medical and sanitary organization "COVID-19 Chisinau Center".

3. In appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 148/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health (2021, Art. No. 206-208, 346) line item 44 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the Order of the Government No. 315/2020 about public medical and sanitary organization "COVID-19 Chisinau Center" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 118-123, 403);

2) the Order of the Government No. 715/2020 about transfer to use of real estate units (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 241-245, 844).

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
