About modification of the Regulations on implementation of depository and clearing activity and ensuring implementation of payment under transactions concerning securities the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 13, of 17, 20 Laws of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", for the purpose of settlement of interaction of National Bank with his clients when implementing of depository activity of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in Chapter 3 of the Section I of the Regulations on implementation of depository and clearing activity and ensuring the implementation of payment under transactions concerning securities the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 21, 2017 No. 140 (with changes), the following changes:
1) Item 13 in paragraph ten:
the paragraph after words "the state debt," to add with words", to private joint-stock company "Ukrainian Finance Housing Company"";
add the paragraph with words ", FUND DEVELOPMENTS of the ENTREPRENEURSHIP and private joint-stock company "Ukrainian Finance Housing Company"";
2) the paragraph the fourth Item 17-1 after the words "for benefit of National Bank" to add with words ", FUND DEVELOPMENTS of the ENTREPRENEURSHIP or private joint-stock company "Ukrainian Finance Housing Company".
