About introduction of amendments to article 80 of the Federal law "About Education in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in article 80 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7598; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4134) following changes:

"1.1. Part 4 to state 3) in the following edition:

"4. The persons condemned to imprisonment and who did not reach age of thirty years except for of persons containing in educational colonies receive the primary general, main general and secondary general education in the general education organizations of the subjects of the Russian Federation created under correctional facilities of criminal executive system. Educational colonies for the purpose of providing conditions for obtaining by persons of the primary general, main general and secondary general education containing in them can attract, including on contractual basis, pedagogical employees of the general education organizations of the subjects of the Russian Federation created under correctional facilities of criminal executive system. The persons condemned to imprisonment and who reached age of thirty years and also the persons condemned to imprisonment and who are disabled people of I or II groups get the main general or secondary general education at will.".
