2) in Article 20:

a) state part one in the following edition:

"The charter of public association shall provide:

3) subject and purposes of activities of public association;

4) structure, procedure for forming, competence and term of office of bodies of public association and its structural divisions (the organizations, departments), procedure for adoption of decisions by them, including on questions on which decisions are made unanimously or qualified by a majority vote;

5) procedure for the introduction (acceptance) for members (participants) in structure of public association and exit from it, the rights and obligations (including property) members (participants) of public association (only for the public association providing membership);

6) the rights of public association and its structural divisions (the organizations, departments) on property management;
