1. Make change to Regulations on procedure for imposing of administrative sanctions by Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 23, 2012 No. 11, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1584/21896, having added it with the new Section of the following content:
"X ІІ. Features of imposing of administrative sanctions
on "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" joint-stock company
12.1. By hearing of cases about offenses regulations of Chapters of I-H_ of this provision taking into account the features determined by this Section are applied to "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" joint-stock company (further - Sberbank).
12.2. Fund in case of identification of offense in activities of Sberbank for the first time after finding of participant status by it Fonda has the right to adequately committed violation to apply to it administrative sanctions in the form of written caution or the instruction about elimination of violations of the law about system of guaranteeing household deposits.
