In our country the legal basis of implementation of measures, the directed to rendering legal, social, psychological, medical and other types of the help to persons of no fixed abode by their rehabilitation, and also on inoculation by it of the regulations and rules of conduct accepted in society are created.
Today petitions of law-enforcement bodies for the placement of persons of no fixed abode to the center of rehabilitation are considered by interdistrict administrative courts.
As interdistrict administrative courts are located only in the regional centers, regions are on geographical arrangement far apart and the employee of law-enforcement bodies during the occupations this work for a long time leaves the duty station, there is need of review of practice of consideration of petitions for the placement of persons of no fixed abode to the rehabilitation center from the point of view of creation of conveniences to citizens.
This Law provides transfer of regulations of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about administrative legal proceedings about consideration of petitions for the placement of persons of no fixed abode to the center of rehabilitation in the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility and transfer of consideration of the corresponding cases from administrative courts to district, city courts on criminal cases.
The regulations offered in the Law will serve the prevention of the difficulties and excess efforts connected with the placement of persons of no fixed abode to the center of rehabilitation.
