1. Bring the following changes in orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:

1) in Items 4, of the 5th order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 18, 2020 No. 593/5 "About procedure for submission of obligatory data (information) by arbitration managers", No. 187/34470, of figure "2022" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2020 to replace with figures "2023";

2) in Items 4, of the 5th order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 18, 2020 No. 594/5 "About approval of the Procedure for functioning of the automated Bankruptcy and Insolvency system, No. 186/34469, of figure "2022" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2020 to replace with figures "2023".

2. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik O.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "about state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalization Orlov S.
