About modification of procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning increase in efficiency of the sanctions connected with assets of individuals", article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" in Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I order:

1. Bring in Item 7 of Chapter 3 of the Section I of the Procedure for the making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 296/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 for No. 282/20595, the following changes:
