According to item 4 of article 3 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed rates of export customs duties on crude oil and on the separate types of goods developed from oil, which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation out of limits of gosudarstvuchastnik of agreements on the Customs union.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the enclosed list.

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2006.
