The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Paragraph one of part six of article 166-11 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) after words "the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with words "the Law of Ukraine "On prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, but not earlier than day of entry into force by the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of regulation of final beneficial property and structure of property of legal entities" of September 6, 2022 No. 2571-IX.
