1. Reorganize the Model center in the field of medicine and pharmacy of Raisa Pakalo (the attaching legal entity) by its merging (accession) with the Center of continuous medical training of medical and pharmaceutical personnel with secondary education (the attached legal entity).

2. To the Ministry of Health:

To create 1) in a month from the effective date this resolution the commission on reorganization of the specified organizations;

To provide 2) through the commission on reorganization accession of the relevant organization according to the procedure, established by the legislation, and cession of property of the Center of continuous medical training of medical and pharmaceutical personnel with secondary education to the Model center in the field of medicine and pharmacy of Raisa Pakalo according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015;
