About transfer of the state medical company "Dental Clinic, Telenesht" and modification of appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 148/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health

No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Transfer with the consent of regional council of Telenesht from property of the state, management of the Ministry of Health, to property of the area Telenesht the state medical company "Dental Clinic, Telenesht" located in the city of Telenesht, Ulitsa Renashtery, 87, with all its assets and liabilities.

2. To the Ministry of Health together with regional council of Telenesht to create the commission on transfer and in 30-day term to provide transfer of the state medical company "Dental Clinic, Telenesht" according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

3. In appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 148/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health (2021, Art. No. 206-208, 346), with subsequent changes, line item 47 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
