About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Land Reclamation" and the Water code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 10, 1996 No. 4-FZ "About land reclamation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 3, Art. 142; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7795; 2020, No. 50, Art. 8074) following changes:

1) in Article 1 of the word "preserving and increases in fertility of lands" shall be replaced with words "the reproduction of fertility of lands of agricultural purpose and lands intended for implementation of agricultural activities" the words "agricultural turnover" shall be replaced with words "agricultural production", shall be replaced with words words of "land grounds" "agricultural holdings";

2) in Article 2:

a) word in paragraph six" (channels, collectors, pipelines, water storage basins, dikes, dams, pumping points, water intakes, other constructions and devices on the reclaimed lands)" to exclude;

b) in paragraph seven of the word "and antiflood protection" to exclude;
