Article 1

"Item 6.2" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 6.1 of the word "Item 6.1-1 or 6.2";

To add 2) with Item 6.1-1 of the following content:

"6.1-1. Stipulated in Item 6.1 these limiting Articles the sizes of rates of the export customs duties on the separate types of goods developed from oil, calculated by the formulas established by the Government of the Russian Federation are not applied in case of adoption by the Government of the Russian Federation of the decision on application of the raising coefficient when calculating rate of export customs duty to separate categories of persons performing export from the Russian Federation of such types of goods.
