3) the business plan containing:

reasons for need of implementation of activities within specific mode of regulation;

the description of the activities planned to implementation within specific mode of regulation;

the description of target consumers (in the presence) the performed activities within specific mode of regulation and data on availability of the consumers interested in activities of the applicant performed within specific mode of regulation;
