About modification of the Order of the Government No. 147/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Culture

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 147/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Culture (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 345) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

in Item 2 of figure "34" to replace with figures "35";

in Item 3 of the word "one state secretary acts" shall be replaced with words "two state secretaries act";

2) in appendix No. 1:

in Item 10 the text "is effective one state secretary holding responsible state position" to replace with the text "two state secretaries holding responsible state positions act";

in Items 11 and 24 of the word "state secretary" shall be replaced with words "state secretaries", and in Item 25 of the word "state secretary" shall be replaced with words "state secretaries";

state Item 15 in the following edition:

"15. In case of absence or impossibility of accomplishment of obligations by the state secretary the minister by means of the order makes the decision on its substitution by other state secretary, and in case of its lack or impossibility of accomplishment of obligations by it - the secretary general of the ministry.";

3) in appendix No. 2:

"State secretary" to replace line item with line item "State secretaries";

"Service of the analysis, monitoring and assessment the politician" to replace line item with line item "The service of the analysis, monitoring and assessment public the politician";
