About dissolution of the State agency on protection of morality and modification of some Orders of the Government

According to part (7) Article 14 and Item f) article 27 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and Item e) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Dismiss the State agency on protection of morality with carrying out liquidation procedure.

2. To perform release of employees of the State agency on protection of morality according to provisions of the current legislation.

3. To the Ministry of Culture:

1) in 30-day time from the date of publication of this resolution to create liquidation commission which will provide carrying out liquidation procedure of the State agency on protection of morality in the procedure established by the law;

2) to create the commission on transfer of objects of property and in 30-day time to provide their transfer to the Ministry of Culture according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

4. To transfer the property objects which are under authority of the State agency on protection of morality and archive property to the Ministry of Culture.

5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1400/2001 about the State agency on protection of morality under the Ministry of Culture (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 158-160, 1455), with subsequent changes.

6. In the Order of the Government No. 147/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Culture (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 345), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
