Some questions of optimization of system of the central executive bodies
For the purpose of optimization of system of the central executive bodies and according to Items 9 and 9-1 of article 116 of the Constitution of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Rename the Ministry of infrastructure into the Ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructure of Ukraine.
2. Reorganize the Ministry of development of communities and territories by accession to the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructure.
3. Determine that:
The ministry of development of communities and territories, stops in connection therewith the resolution, continues to perform functions and powers in certain spheres before completion of implementation of actions for accession to the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructure to which functions and powers of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories are transferred;
The ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructure is legal successor of property, the rights and obligations of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories, will be reorganized.
4. - to the Minister of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures in week time to provide to the vice-Prime Minister on recovery of Ukraine preparation and introduction in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
project of the Regulations on the ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructure of Ukraine;
draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of creation of the commission on reorganization of the Ministry of development of communities and territories;
offers on entering into acts of the legislation of the changes following from this resolution.
