About introduction of amendments to article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" about implementation of departmental registration of vehicles of the Security Service of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in part eight of article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 31, Art. 338 with the following changes) the following changes:

the paragraph one after words of "Operational rescue service of civil protection" to add with words of Security Service of Ukraine;

after the paragraph of the seventh to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the vehicles belonging to the Security Service of Ukraine - authorized division of the Central management of the Security Service of Ukraine".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the eighth - to consider the eleventh respectively paragraphs the ninth - the twelfth.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction of their regulatory legal acts by the central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
