About modification of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. "About management of objects of state-owned property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 46, of Art. 456 with the following changes) to state the paragraph of the third part five of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:
"Economic societies of energy industry which single shareholder is the state and also economic societies of energy industry which 100 percent of shares (shares) are in the authorized capital of economic societies which shareholder is the state and holds in them controlling stock, the net income from which dividends are calculated and paid decreases by the amount of the funds allocated for accomplishment of the investment and strategic plans approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and for amount of return of borrowing facilities that were borrowed for financing of capital investments on construction (reconstruction, upgrade) objects".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
